This seamless interchange has been enabled through the operational Foot Over Bridge (FOB) connecting the two stations, along with the creation of a new security checkpoint at Gate No. 2 of the Metro station. Together, these measures eliminate redundant checks and streamline passenger movement between the two networks.
Thousands of passengers, including a large number of women, travel through the Anand Vihar Namo Bharat station every day. This newly established police post will serve as an important addition to NCRTC’s existing safety infrastructure, allowing passengers to report incidents promptly and access immediate police assistance whenever required.
NCRTC’s Namo Bharat Connect App allows passengers to book RRTS tickets online conveniently. Available on the Play Store for Android and the Apple Store for iPhone.
Under this programme, a network of interested and like-minded commuters will be built, in which individuals who are eager to contribute to the enhancement of services and infrastructure along its corridor will be included through voluntary participation.
