The Delhi–Meerut Namo Bharat Corridor is currently operational from New Ashok Nagar to Meerut South Namo Bharat Station, covering 11 stations along with one depot at Duhai Depot.

For passengers’ convenience, the NCRTC has developed the Namo Bharat Connect App, an official online RRTS ticket booking platform. The app is available for download on the Google Play Store for Android users and the Apple App Store for iPhone users.

About Namo Bharat Connect App

NCRTC has introduced the “One-Tap Ticketing” feature in the Namo Bharat Connect Mobile App to make commuting on Namo Bharat trains even more convenient. With this feature, commuters can quickly generate a QR code from anywhere within 300 meters, enabling faster and smoother travel.

Namo Bharat Connect App Download

The app is available for download on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. After downloading, passengers can either log in to access all features or use the app without logging in for basic ticket booking. Once logged in, users can book tickets, view transaction history, earn loyalty points, check booking history, plan trips, and enjoy many more travel-related benefits.

On the Google Play Store, the app has over 1 lakh downloads, a size of 44 MB, and a 4.6-star rating, while on the Apple App Store, it has a size of 87.7 MB and a 4.7-star rating. The app supports both Hindi and English languages and is listed under the Travel & Local category.

Service Available in Namo Bharat Train App

The Namo Bharat Connect App offers a wide range of services to enhance passenger convenience and travel experience. Through the app, users can access the RRTS network map, check train timings, and use the train tracking feature for real-time updates. It also includes a fare calculator, parking status updates, and station navigation to guide passengers within stations. Additional services include details of the feeder bus service, the ability to report a complaint, and check station facilities. Passengers can also use the Lost & Found section, seek help & support, and plan their journey efficiently—all in one platform.

The NCRTC also added a new feature to the app of live tracking, the live train tracking feature facilitates the passengers with the real-time status and tracking of Namo Bharat trains available at their station in the next 30 minutes.

Namo Bharat Train Ticket Booking

Passengers can easily book their journey tickets on the Namo Bharat Train using the “Plan Your Journey” option in the Namo Bharat Connect App. The app supports multiple payment methods, including wallet, loyalty points, UPI, debit card, credit card, and net banking. Users can also access their transaction history to review details of past journeys and download invoices for reference.

In addition to Namo Bharat train tickets, the app also offers Delhi Metro ticket booking. Within the “Plan Your Journey” section, passengers can choose between the Namo Bharat option for RRTS tickets or the DMRC Ticket option for Delhi Metro tickets. For greater convenience, the Journey Planner feature allows booking tickets for both services in a single click, making travel across the two networks smooth and hassle-free.

To enhance passenger convenience, NCRTC has introduced the Journey Planner feature in the Namo Bharat Connect App. This intelligent tool enables commuters to plan their end-to-end journey, covering Namo Bharat trains, Delhi Metro, and first/last-mile connectivity—all within a single platform.

With the Journey Planner, users can:

• View the fastest and most efficient routes with estimated travel times and interchange details.
• Book tickets for both Namo Bharat and Delhi Metro in a single transaction.
• Make one-stop payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, or net banking.
• Receive QR-based e-tickets for a smooth, paperless travel experience.
• Access an interactive route map for complete clarity.

For example, a trip from Meerut South to Noida Sector 16 can be fully planned, booked, and paid for through the app, covering the Namo Bharat segment, metro interchange, and even last-mile rides such as Rapido.

NCRTC offers a loyalty points program in the Namo Bharat Connect App to help commuters save on their journeys.

How to calculate Go Green Points in the Namo Bharat App

The Go Green Points are calculated based on how much CO₂ reduction your Namo Bharat journey achieves compared to conventional transport.

Formula:

Go Green Points = (CO₂ Reduced per Kilometer) × (Distance Travelled)

Example:
If a commuter travels 2 km, and as per the standard, 32 grams of CO₂ are reduced for every kilometer:

Go Green Points Earned = 32 × 2 = 64 Points
