New Ashok Nagar offers direct connectivity to Meerut via the RRTS corridor, with no train change required. Meerut has a total of four RRTS stations. Out of these, Shatabdi Nagar, Begumpul, and Modipuram are ready for operations, while Meerut South has already been operational for more than a year.

The Ghaziabad to Meerut South Namo Bharat route spans 33.5 km and takes just 26 minutes, with fares of ₹90 for Standard and ₹110 for Premium class. Trains run from 6:25 AM to 10:25 PM on weekdays and 8:25 AM to 10:25 PM on weekends, ensuring fast and comfortable travel along the Delhi–Meerut corridor.
The inauguration of Anand Vihar Rapid Metro Station was done on 5th January 2025 and of Meerut South on 18th August 2024. The distance between Anand Vihar and Meerut South is 44.3 KM, and rapid rail takes 37 minutes and 23 seconds to reach the station.
The Namo Bharat train route starts from Meerut South and passes through several important stations including Modinagar North, Modinagar South, Muradnagar, Duhai, Guldhar, Ghaziabad, and Sahibabad—all elevated stations. After Sahibabad, the corridor enters the underground stretch at Anand Vihar, before again becoming elevated at New Ashok Nagar, and finally terminates at Sarai Kale Khan in Delhi.
Begumpul will be the deepest underground station of the Namo Bharat Corridor. The Delhi–Meerut Namo Bharat has two underground stations: one at Anand Vihar in Delhi and another at Begumpul in Meerut.
