Anand Vihar Station, located in Delhi, is the first underground station of the Namo Bharat corridor. It has been operational since 5th January, when Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated it. On the other hand, Shatabdi Nagar Namo Bharat Station in Meerut is currently non-operational. The Namo Bharat route from Anand Vihar to Shatabdi Nagar connects several important stations along the Delhi–Meerut corridor. Starting from Anand Vihar (the first underground station), the train halts at Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Guldhar, Duhai, Murad Nagar, Modinagar South, and Modinagar North—all elevated stations. Entering Meerut, the line reaches Meerut South, another underground station, before finally extending to Shatabdi Nagar.
